2023 Martha's Vineyard General Public Internet Opening: January 24 to January 30, 2023
For Martha’s Vineyard Travel ONLY
2023 Summer Reservations (May 18, 2023 through October 23, 2023) can be made online starting on January 24, 2023 at 5:00 a.m. EST. Reservations submitted via postal mail (up to five one-way or round-trip reservations will be accepted per mailing) will be processed as received beginning January 24, 2023.
The Reservation Office will have extended hours to provide additional support to our customers January 24 to 30 from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
2023 Summer Reservations - Telephone, Internet and Mail Opening: January 31, 2023
2023 Summer reservations for the time period of May 18, 2023 through October 23, 2023 may be made via online, phone, or postal mail starting January 31, 2023 at 7:30 a.m. EST.
Up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) will be accepted per telephone call or via postal mail.
2023 Fall Reservation Opening: Beginning June 12, 2023
Reservations for travel from October 24, 2023 through January 3, 2024 may be made via the internet, the telephone or in person. Up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) will be accepted per telephone call. Reservations can also be submitted via the mail.
2023 Winter and Spring Schedule Opening
Reservations for travel from January 3, 2023, through March 31, 2023, and April 1, 2023, through May 16, 2023, may be made via the internet, the telephone or in person on October 17, 2022.
Up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) will be accepted per telephone call. Reservations can also be submitted via postal mail.

Please note: When making a vehicle reservation, you must provide the year, make, model, and license plate number of the vehicle you will be transporting. All vehicle reservations are non-transferable.
Payments
To book passage for your vehicle, payment must be made at the time of your reservation. Online reservations must be paid for at the time of booking. For telephone or in-person reservations, payment must be made within 5 days of booking. If made less than 5 days before your travel date, payment is due the day before you travel. We accept cash, check, Steamship Authority gift card, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards for advance reservations. Service fees are assessed for returned checks.
